Psychologists say: define the main principles of people and you will understand them. I shall open to you the secret of trust, truth, interest, analytical approach and aspiration to constant development, this is what I rely on in life. The combination of first three allows being successful in selection of experts.
Recruitment for me is like a puzzle – to find the necessary piece in an image – the employee for a company among many professionals - that is the aim of my work. My high energy potential and interest allows me to work successfully with the huge quantity of information.
I consider that the opportunities for Novosibirsk companies are great and an engagement here has great impact on the Russian and World level. Therfore strong departments of marketing and advertising are needed. That's why my specializations are necessary. As PR and marketing are the creative workshops of companies, it is important to be flexible and creative when evaluating an expert.
The market of transport services is more needed than ever, Novosibirsk is going to become a international transport junction, experts in this field are a big rarity, I hope to resolve these personnel blanks - that is what I am doing at the moment.

I think I myself am a successful and happy person because there are four things, which I managed to combine: family, work, friends, hobby. There is a son whom I adore, he is my favorite task I consider life very difficult without him. Also my friends - I am very glad they are, even if it is not always possible to meet. A hobby also helps to disrobe from "terrestrial worries". I hope not to loose my head if I find a suitable "fifth element".
Concerning the "past life", my work was always interesting and in time. Working on the contract with "Mars" has helped me very much at self-organization. I appreciate the team I am working in. The PA for me - is an opportunity of career, personal, professional growth. I have not chosen my specific fields by chance. I always preferred them compared to others because I like to eat well and in a big way to have a rest. The market is growing constant and dynamic, frequently demanding fast and unusual decisions. Experts, working in the catering business are professional and interesting (it is possible to combine the pleasant with the useful). My last experience allows me to select technical experts.
I think that in our PA professionalism, quality and speed are the main competitive advantages. These are important for a competent definition of purposes and problems and their successful solution.
