• Assessment Center – The assessment center method involves multiple evaluation techniques, including various types of job-related simulations, sometimes interviews and psychological tests.

June 25th, 2003,  the new website of "Business Connection" went online.

The new version has many advantages for our clients. They can get information about the technology of our recruitment agency, take a look at recommendations of our clientsand they can read some details about the qualification of our staff.
Vacancys for candidates are updated daily. There you also have the possibility to send information about interesting vacancies to your friends or colleagues.

June 24th, 2003,  representatives of "Business Connection" took part at preparations for the arrival to Novosibirsk of the president of CCI-USA Mrs. Sharon Tennison.

February 18th, 2003  round table: ISO 9001 certification - its influence on quality of human resources of organizations.

Since 2000 Gosstandart of Russia has administratively fixed the international standards system of quality ISO 9001 as national standard. Since then some companies of Russia went from declaring a principle of qualitative satisfaction of needs of clients to an official recognition of qualitative work as certification. In Novosibirsk 33 companies that have received the certificate are totaled now. Basically, they are industrial companies, however the sphere of services, in particular recruitment business also works in a direction of creating an internal quality standard and the subsequent certification. During the round table we asked:

• What changed within the companies as result of the certification?
• How to evaluate the improvement of the main resource of any company - personnel?
• In what rose the requirements for personnel selection?
• What costs for search and training of employees increased?
• How results of work began to be estimated and paid?
• Whether the primary goal of introduction ISO 9001 is executed - to focus employees on satisfaction of expectations of the client and improvement of quality of processes?
